Our client is on the look-out for a Customer Services Assistant to join their team based in High Wycombe. The ideal Customer Services Assistant is a great team player with resilience and a cool head under pressure.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Complaint handling within a mobile communications environment
  • Logging customer faults and passing through to an appropriate person
  • Operating CRM systems to create ticket numbers and following these up to ensure a resolution is obtained and communicated to the client
  • Retrieve and send MO and MT reports and delivery receipt reports to clients, end users and internal users
  • Completion of weekly stats reports
  • Undertake office and IVR customer service reports
  • Deal with regulatory issues re Phone-paid Service Authority complaints and network information requests

The must haves…

  • Good, general standard of education
  • Competent user of MS Office including Excel
  • Some experience within a customer services environment
  • A can-do attitude with a motivation to reach and exceed team targets

Excellent communication skills and customer facing manner
