A market leading company based in Woking are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing finance team.

If you have 1 year+ experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger focused role and are within a commutable distance of Woking, this role would be perfect for you!

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE AN IMMEDIATE START

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities
• Reviewing agreed payment terms, and setting up new suppliers
• Resolving Accounts Payable related queries
• Verify supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements

Requirements:

• 1 year+ Experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Any experience using Navision or MS Dynamics is a huge bonus
• Understanding/experience of working in a finance department and to be part of a busy team.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
