A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a fast paced and growing, global organisation based in West London on a contract basis. This is an immediate requirement with the offer of hybrid working along with a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Business Partner with the key Directors and Operations team to support on finances
• Work closely with the VP of each of these projects/events to ensure they are fully supported and have clear and concise information for decision making
• Be the onsite eyes and ears for finance
• Ensure all revenue planning and ops budgets are up to date and reconcilable – working with the business teams to do so, allowing for accurate pre and post-show flashes and timely close out of event finances
• Ensure applicable taxes are accounted for appropriately by checking treatment with internal tax team
• Own the bottom-up detailed business planning and cash flow planning
• Own scenario analysis
• Own and manage the Risks and Opps across the portfolio
• Month End activities:
• Ensure the month end P&L and Balance Sheet reflects the reality of the current view
• Provide commentary to any variance to plan
• Ensure weekly cash flow requests are accurate and complete
• Weekly and ad hoc sales reports are accurate and complete
• Ensure the Finance Director is fully informed of all necessary items

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years PQE – ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent or qualified by experience
• Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Office)
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Process orientated and able to manage and reconcile large data sets
• Flexibility
