Encompassing HR Duties, Office Management including the management of one staff member and assisting the Marketing Director with all marketing materials you can safely say you will never be bored in this role! Duties will include (but not be limited to)
HR Functions
- Induction of New starters
- Carry out performance reviews
- Holiday/Sickness/maternity leave
- Disciplinary Hearings
- Note taking at formal Meetings
- Pensions
- Recruitment
Assistance to the Marketing Director and Partners
- Manage social media account updates (Twitter, Facebook)
- Assist with production of company newsletter
- Press release writing
- Advertising materials
- Available to help senior management with booking meeting rooms, diaries, travel etc
Facilities Management
- Oversee Reception and Credit control function and ensure their admin duties are completed (stationary ordered etc )
- Diary management
- General Admin assistance on an adhoc basis
Co-ordinating the on boarding process of new clients
- Carry out money laundering and fraud checks on clients
- Perform ID and clearance checks
- Draft letters to new client
- Adhoc administration around each client’s individual needs
