Marc Daniels is recruiting for a Property Finance Manager (Fully Remote) to join a market leading company

If you have finance experience with handling rents and rates, then this role is perfect for you.

This is a fully remote 6 month contract role with a high possiblity to be made permanent

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and board reports
• Taking responsibility for key accounting processes and deliverables, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
• Responsible for all finance functions relating to rents and rates.
• Overseeing financial people, processes, and systems; ensuring the finance team works effectively and accurately; suggesting improvements to increase efficiency

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have finance experience relating to properties
• Minimum 2-3 years experience preparing management accounts
• Part/fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA
• Accurate with a strong attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial.
