- Salary:£55000 - £65000 per annum + Hybrid 3 days on site, career progression
- Act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absence
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability
- Advise on high‑risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparation
- Oversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests
- Build strong relationships with managers and leaders across the business
- Analyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventions
- Mentor People Advisors and support onboarding
- Deliver ER training and contribute to policy development
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Significant ER experience in a complex, fast‑paced organisation
- Experience in a unionised environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
