High Wycombe | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
£30,000 – £32,000 + Benefits
Marc Daniels are urgently seeking a Credit Controller to join a well-known, award-winning company based in High Wycombe on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, managing a busy ledger, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively chase customers within your dedicated portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debt.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally to minimise delays in payment.
- Deliver a high level of customer service whilst maintaining a proactive approach to debt collection.
- Manage a high volume of accounts and transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the finance team to support invoicing and account reconciliation activities.
- Produce and analyse reports using Excel to assist with account management and debt reduction.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as required to support the Credit Control Manager and wider finance team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ Credit Control experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with high volumes of invoices and customer accounts.
- Good Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas, lookups and reporting data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Able to commute to High Wycombe and work on a hybrid basis.
