A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Business Partner to join a fast growing company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the monthly management accounts, providing analysis of trends and performance for monthly business reviews, including development of KPIs
• Providing key commercials analysis relevant to the business needs for use in pricing and costing decisions
• Providing commercial support to the business leadership teams
• Providing financial analysis for the annual planning process for the business
• Providing accurate monthly forecasts for the next month, full year and comparison to plan periods as required
• Supporting delivery of pricing or costing models in support of business opportunities
• Providing analysis of investments (including complex capital expenditure)
• Improving the profitability of the business by evaluating options around pricing, operating models
• Acting as a mentor to junior members of the finance team.

Requirements:

• Qualified ACMA / ACCA / ACA
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
