A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Shared Services Manager to join a global business based in Slough. This newly created SSC Manager role offers hybrid working, competitive bonus and excellent benefits. This is ideal for someone with previous experience as a Transactions Manager – covering Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP)

Responsibilities:

  • Work Actively to support initiatives & collaborate with local teams
  • Support Accounts Payable function- Day to day delivery, issues resolutions, KPI Monitoring
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to key stakeholders and build strong working relationship with them
  • Provide direction and guidance to third party operations team based at various locations
  • Manage relationship and maximize the level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely resolution
  • Support process improvements in a sustainable manner to deliver cost effective services
  • Adhoc Projects/Initiatives
  • Support process transformation initiatives by collaborating with multiple business partners
  • Apply project management discipline and Continuous Improvement tools to ensure high quality service delivery and to instill confidence in business partners (clients) locally
  • Support change management for key stakeholders to ensure positive experience

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
  • Previous SSC experience – Demonstrated Financial Management & Leadership skills
  • Excellent influencing & negotiating skills
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization and within a multicultural environment
  • Team player with high level of Customer Service orientation and Integrity
