A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Transformation Manager, working for a fast-growing business. The finance team is at the heart of the transformation efforts as they move toward a more agile, data-driven, and future-ready organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in driving financial process improvements, enhancing the use of technology, and implementing best practices across the finance function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of finance operations and technology to lead transformational projects and help shape the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing financial systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, and senior leadership to design and implement digital solutions for finance.
  • Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement in processes, technology adoption, and operational performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing platforms.
  • Manage stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of transformation projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to finance teams on new processes and technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified ACCA / ACMA / ACA finance professional
  • Proven experience in a finance transformation or similar role, with a strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering finance transformation projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead data-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
