Marc Daniels are working with a global market-leading company based in Slough to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience gained in a Top 20 accounting firm, alongside strong PQE experience within industry.

You will take ownership of the financial reporting process, supporting monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities. The role will also involve preparing high-quality management and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across all reporting deadlines. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key part in improving reporting processes, strengthening controls and supporting technical accounting matters. This is a hands-on position that will suit someone who enjoys both detail and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting.
• Produce statutory accounts and support audit requirements.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls.
• Support technical accounting matters and complex reporting issues.
• Work with wider finance and operational teams to improve processes and reporting quality.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant, ideally with experience from a Top 20 accounting firm.
• Strong PQE experience in industry within a financial reporting or technical accounting role.
• Good knowledge of statutory reporting and accounting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across a global business.
