A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a fast-growing Property & Construction business based in Central London. This role offers excellent hybrid working options and exceptional progression opportunities.

This role would suit an experienced financial modeller, with previous cost control and FP&A experience currently working in a property & construction environment where there is a strong focus on complex operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic FP&A projects from initiation through to execution and review.
  • Develop and present robust financial models and forecasts to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Build and maintain cost models and performance dashboards to drive transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial planning with technology and business priorities.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risks, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Help shape budgeting and forecasting processes with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or Equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in analysing and forecasting costs, with a focus on cost optimization.
