Graduate Accountant

West London (Hybrid) | Study Support Provided

An excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Finance or Business graduate looking to accelerate their career within a large, international organisation. This role offers exposure to management accounts, reporting, analysis and commercial finance whilst providing full training and study support towards a professional qualification alongside genuine opportunities for rapid progression.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support a multi-site finance function, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and labour cost analysis
• Support month-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments
• Analyse financial performance and investigate variances
• Review supplier invoices and resolve finance queries
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities
• Assist with asset verification and finance projects
• Work closely with Finance Analysts and operational stakeholders across multiple locations

About You

• Degree educated in Accounting, Finance or a related subject
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines
• Ambitious, eager to learn and keen to develop a career in finance
