A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a growing global company based in Hinckley on a 6-month contract. This is an immediate requirement for at least six months with the opportunity of hybrid working available too.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – to take ownership for, and follow through the Expediting process for supply of ordered Spare Parts
  • Customer Service – to take ownership for, and follow through Customer Stock queries, communicating with suppliers and the DCs as necessary to completely answer all questions
  • Customer Service – to action supplier Order Acknowledgments for orders placed by the company, and chase those not received
  • Customer Focus – Understand (internal and external) customer expectations and work to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Continued focus on process improvement within the Customer Service team
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of Expediting Spare Parts supply chain
  • Knowledge of SAP Order Processing (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment.
  • Using Excel to manipulate large amount of data
